If the Oppo Pad Air 2 is indeed a rebranded tablet, it is expected to share identical specifications with the OnePlus Pad Go.

The Oppo Pad Air, powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 680 SoC, was introduced last year. Now, there are indications that the Oppo Pad Air 2 is in development as the next tablet offering from the Chinese tech brand. According to recent leaks, the Oppo Pad Air 2 may make its debut alongside the Oppo Reno 11 series of smartphones. It is anticipated that the Oppo Pad Air 2 will be a rebranded version of the OnePlus Pad Go, which was released in select countries featuring an 11.35-inch 2.4K display and an 8,000mAh battery.

Digital Chat Station, a tipster (translated from Chinese), hinted in the comment section of a Weibo post that the OnePlus Pad Air 2 would launch in China this month alongside the Oppo Reno 11 series. However, recent leaks suggest that the Oppo Reno 11 series launch is likely to occur in December.

The Oppo Pad Air 2 gained attention earlier as it was rumored to have received radio certification in China in July, with speculations pointing towards an official launch alongside the already released Oppo Find N3 Flip. This upcoming tablet is also expected to be introduced as a rebranded version of the OnePlus Pad Go.

In India, the OnePlus Pad Go is priced starting at Rs. 19,999 for the Wi-Fi-only 128GB storage variant. It features an 11.35-inch 2.4K (1,720×2,408 pixels) LCD display with a fixed 90Hz refresh rate. Powered by a MediaTek Helio G99 SoC, it comes with 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB UFS 2.2 storage. The tablet includes an 8-megapixel rear camera with electronic image stabilization (EIS) and an 8-megapixel front camera. It is backed by an 8,000mAh battery with 33W SUPERVOOC fast charging support.

On the other hand, the Oppo Pad Air, launched in India in July last year with a starting price of Rs. 16,999 for the base 4GB RAM + 64GB storage model, is available in a single Grey color option. The tablet features a 10.36-inch display with a 60Hz refresh rate, powered by an octa-core 6nm Snapdragon 680 SoC, and equipped with up to 6GB of LPDDR4x RAM. It has a single 8-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front camera. The tablet supports up to 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage, expandable via a microSD card (up to 512GB). It also features on-the-go (OTG) data transfer and is equipped with a 7,100mAh battery supporting 18W fast charging.
