Oppo and Honor are preparing to unveil their latest flagship smartphones in the near future. These Chinese tech giants are said to be working on the Oppo Reno 11 series and Honor 100 series, which are expected to succeed the Oppo Reno 10 series and Honor 90 lineups, respectively. Although the companies have not officially announced a release date, a report suggests that the launch event is scheduled for November 23. The Honor 100 and Honor 100 Pro are anticipated to feature a 1.5K resolution display and may be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC.
According to a report from MySmartPrice, the Oppo Reno 11 series is set to be officially unveiled in China on November 23. This upcoming lineup is likely to include the Oppo Reno 11, Oppo Reno 11 Pro, and Oppo Reno 11 Pro+. Simultaneously, Honor is rumored to host a launch event for the Honor 100 and Honor 100 Pro on the same day, possibly at 1:30 pm (11:00 am IST).
The Honor 100 series is expected to feature a 1.5K resolution display with 3,840Hz pulse width modulation (PWM) dimming. These phones may run on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC and come equipped with dual front-facing cameras. On the other hand, the Oppo Reno 11 series is anticipated to showcase a curved display, periscope telephoto lens, and macro cameras, with a sleek glass back panel design.
The purported Honor 100 models are poised to bring significant upgrades over the Honor 90 series. The Honor 90 and Honor 90 Pro were introduced in China in May, initially priced at CNY 2,499 (approximately Rs. 29,160) and CNY 3,299 (roughly Rs. 38,000), respectively.
In the Indian market, the Oppo Reno 10 Pro+ 5G is currently priced at Rs. 54,999. The Oppo Reno 10 Pro 5G starts at Rs. 39,999 for the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variant, while the Oppo Reno 10 5G is priced at Rs. 32,999.
It’s important to note that Oppo and Honor have not officially disclosed any details regarding the launch of the Reno 11 and Honor 100 phones, so these details should be considered tentative until officially confirmed.
